in our own words

Many campers fall in love with North Cornwall and want to come back again and again, or stay for longer. If you're looking for a seasonal pitch or a longer stay in Cornwall, Lower Pennycrocker Farm is a quiet, family-run campsite at St Juliot, about two miles from Boscastle. Here's what we can tell you, and how to ask us about your plans.
Do you offer seasonal pitches?
We don't publish seasonal pitch packages or prices on our website. If you're interested in a seasonal pitch or a long stay, please call Colin and Karyn on 07967 605392, or email colin.heard@yahoo.com. Tell us your dates, your outfit and what you need, and we'll tell you honestly what we can offer.
Caravan storage
We also don't publish a confirmed storage service. If you need storage rather than a holiday pitch, please read our caravan storage page and ask us directly.
Longer stays
We welcome longer holidays during our season, from 1 April to 31 October. Our standard nightly rates are on our pitches and prices page. For a long stay, call us first to check availability.
Why North Cornwall for a longer stay?
A longer stay lets you really get to know an area. From our campsite, you can explore a different place every day without long drives:
- Boscastle: about two miles away, with its harbour, pubs and the Valency Valley.
- Tintagel: about seven miles, with its castle and coast.
- Crackington Haven: about five miles, with dramatic cliffs and a sheltered beach.
- Bodmin Moor and Rough Tor: about six miles inland.
- Bude: about 15 miles, with beaches and a sea pool.
- Port Isaac: about 15 miles, a famous fishing village.
See our things to do page and our North Cornwall day trips guide.
